Spam: A.k.a. junk mail is unsolicited, illegal email that arrives in your inbox. You know the kind I’m talking about: the emails masquerading as your financial institutions requesting updated personal information; the emails inquiring about the size of your body parts; the emails from people who are desperately soliciting money from you because of their dire circumstances; etc.
Email productivity tip: Check your junk mail folder on a regular basis. You can’t control the words that people use in their subject lines and they may inadvertently use spam trigger words that send their email directly to your junk mail folder.
