You welcome me into your homes and apologize for the mess, disorganization, and clutter. And I want to let you know that what I see is not your so-called mess, disorganization, and clutter. What I see is your love for your families, your grit, and your determination to “make things better.” What I see is your strength in knowing when to ask for help and being open to accepting help.
I have been there after you have lost loved ones, got divorced, learned your child has a life-threatening allergy, and lost your jobs. I have been there when you got engaged, brought your babies home for the first time, and started new careers.
It is because of you that I have come to know the magnitude of personal strength – strength to overcome huge obstacles. I am in awe of your strength, your determination, and your grit.
You have been generous in your referrals, your gratitude, and your advice. I could never have anticipated that I would learn so much about life when I started my business.
We have shared laughter and tears and today I thank you and honor you for the hard work you do: for your perseverance and for your amazing successes in moving forward. It is because of you that I have a smile on my face when I go to work.
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!
