As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), please know that I respect your home and office and treat our sessions confidentially as I strongly abide by the NAPO Code of Ethics. My business is also insured and bonded.
My background in education and textbook publishing provides me with a unique combination of experiences and skills. I have worked with ages 3 to 83: teaching children how to organize their stuff, manage their time, and develop study habits and helping adults effectively manage schedules and work deadlines.
I grew up in a farming community in Sunland, South Africa. The view from my childhood bedroom was the organized rows of orange trees and one of my fondest memories is waiting with my mom for a hen to lay an egg so she could finish baking a cake.
My favorite organizing product is the clear shoebox. It truly is a multifunctional workhorse.
“Paula is a spectacular organizer. She is a true leader and partner going through my house, guiding me in deciding what I really needed and wanted to keep, gently and tactfully lead me to finally get rid of the stuff I didn’t want anymore, and organized everything that remained. I’m so happy! And, she’s a wizard with productivity issues in relation to the organizing.”

“Thank you again so much for the amazing job you did organizing my office. It looks fabulous! My wife just came home and she was blown away. I even got a ‘wow’ from my son, who usually marvels at my messes more than my organization.”
— Business owner with home-based office, Palo Alto
